Mass. (May 13, 2005) - ABIOMED, Inc. (NASDAQ: ABMD) a manufacturer
of products for circulatory care and support, today announced that
Michael R. Minogue, Chief Executive Officer and President, is scheduled
to present at the Banc of America Securities 2005 Health Care Conference.
The conference is being held from May 17-19, 2005 at the Four Seasons
Hotel in Las Vegas. Mr. Minogue is scheduled to present on Thursday,
May 19th at 12:00 p.m., Pacific Time (3:00 p.m., Eastern Time).
